Short Tip: It is the team formed by the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers in Scrum.
What is it?
It is the agile team formed by the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers in Scrum. According to the Scrum Guide’s precepts, the Scrum team is:
- Self-managing, i.e., it has the autonomy to define the best way to perform a task;
- Cross-functional: it has all the required skills within the team to convert Backlog items into product increments.
The team normally has up to 10 people, including the Product Owner and the Scrum Master.
