What is it?

It consists in delivering a partial or complete product to the user. During the product development process, several releases are usually carried out over time.

Why use it?

Delivering the product, even if partial, to the customer provides valuable feedback, which is consistent with the  Scrum Guide‘s inspection and adaptation pillars.

How to use it?

The way a product is delivered to users depends mainly on product type and characteristics.
