What is it?
It is the internal and external communication process with stakeholders, users and customers about a release. Anyone who is potentially impacted, whether positively or negatively, must be communicated in a timely, adequate manner.
Why use it?
It is still common to see the release of new versions of products without adequate communication with employees or the target audience. That inconsistency of knowledge and information can decrease the value of the release or even generate negative value.
How to use it?
The process must be carried out according to the release’s characteristics.
